Viral Conveyer Belt Sushi Restaurant
Intro – A conveyor belt sushi that is a sister restaurant of a 2 Michelin Starred Sushi restaurant
Ambiance – Casual
What we ordered
- This restaurant seemed to really specialize in tuna, offering tuna from lean to super fatty. It seemed like they had a few rotating items of availability and some staples. The pieces of fish were really really generous. Everything we ordered was great and we ordered too many to remember.
- I really enjoyed the normal salmon, the salmon belly, and the fatty tuna. The fish had great texture, not mushy. There were a few pieces that were tough. The scent was nice and fresh, not fishy. The salmon was nice and fatty.
- My favorite piece however was the torched flounder fin with sea salt (right). I’ve never had that before and it was fatty beyond belief. It was fattier than most A5 wagyu nigiri we’ve had.
- My wife enjoyed some of the white fish as well as the seared salmon with miso. I would just recommend skipping the fried appetizers like karaage and fried baby octopus. But if you order nigiri you can’t go wrong.
Conclusion – The quality of sushi was great for a really affordable price. Everything came with soy sauce and wasabi so the seasoning was on point. Some pieces just had more wasabi than my liking. I recommend coming around opening time on a weekday for no wait.
